Pohjolan Leidi – "Lady of the North"

  • 3 cl Björk
  • 3 cl Koskue gin (barrel aged gin from Finland with orange and black pepper notes)
  • 2 cl Lemon juice
  • 0.5 cl sugar syrup
  • eggwhite

Mix ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Dry shake, add ice and shake until cold. Double strain into a cold cocktail glass. Squeeze aromatic oils from lemon peel on top. Garnish with lemon peel.
